Your Local Pantry is a network of community food stores run by volunteers for the benefit of their local communities. Originally launched in 2013 by Stockport Homes for the benefit of their own customers, the pantry model has really taken off and there are now approximately 20 pantries across Greater Manchester. Stockport Homes are working with Church Action on Poverty to take the model beyond Greater Manchester.
